The summer AOA/DEVO Short Track Series Continues Tonight!
Here is what local pro Travis Brown had to say when he first learned of the series:
“I am really happy that the DEVO Short Track series is starting up. There is not a more efficient use of time on a bike to get in race shape than a weekly short track effort. I don’t have the time to train that I once did but I can still get close to my peak form on a lot less volume when I build the week of riding around short tracks. I will be at every one I am in town for.”
The races continue Wednesday evening and run until August 26th.
Where:Factory Trails on the Fort Lewis Campus.
Register: 30 minutes before the race.
Schedule: 5:30 B’s, 6:00 Kids Fun, 6:30 A’s. The course will change week to week.
Cost: $10 per race charge benefits the Durango DEVO junior development team. A preseason pass for $100 can be purchased for the 12 races.

Ride your bike to work! Then do it again the next day! And the day after that! And then do it again!
It’s good for your body, it’s good for your mind, it’s good for the people around you.
See you on the road,
Spencer

The C group is in need of a leader/mentor to help the group stay organized.
This person would help keep the group together, restart the group after regroups, and help out those riders who are just learning how to ride in a pack. If you are interested please send Spencer an email.
